Position: Senior Education Consultant（Mechanical Engineering）
Location：Boston, MA/ New York
Responsibilities:
- Provide an overall oversea study plan tailored to individual needs. Mentor students on a one-on-one basis in the whole process and keep the tasks on the right track.
- Provide college/Grad school application services, including but not limit to school selection, essay editing, mocking interview, visa application.
- Communicate with all stake-holders in a student’s education – school, parent, tutors/advisors, etc. to create effective support for students.
- Conduct lectures and training session if necessary.
- Conduct resume and cover letter editing, and mock interviews clients who are seeking for a mechanical engineering or related position.
Requirements:
- Master’s or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar major
• Familiar with SolidWorks, CATIA & ANSYS.
• Passionate with taking responsibility for education and student service.
• Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and handle multiple demanding tasks.
• Resourceful self-starter, capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills, desire to contribute ideas and best practices for a team.
• A fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficiency required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experiences as education consultant or similar role.
- Working experience at U.S college/high school admission office or member of IECA.

Position: Management Analyst
Salary Range: $97198-$100K
Job Duties:
- Gather and organize information and data from different departments of the company, e.g. revenue, expenditures, and employment report, analyze data using statistical software.
- Collaborate with clients, employees, and executives to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company.
- Make recommendations for improvements, which may include new practices, forms, reports, data collection, and/or staffing changes, etc.; communicate these recommendations to executives.
- Develop solutions and improvements for effective growth of the company based on the analysis, build efficient data ETL workflow, design data models, maintain database integrity, provide leadership with reports.
- Prepare documentation of financial data researches, data analysis reports and/or training materials as needed to facilitate implementation of suggested changes.
- Follow up with company employees to ensure the changes are working.
- For new project of the company such as launching a new division, analyze the goal, business plan and future ventures, suggest implementation plans for new projects and conduct risk analysis.
- Analyze the company’s Profit & Loss statements, advise the management on how to make the organization more profitable by suggesting areas to reduce costs and increase revenue; advise on quality control and strategic measures that could be taken in order to improve consulting performance.
- Continually evaluate the performance of the counselors and survey client satisfaction level, establish bonus system to encourage best practices.
Requirement:
- Master’s degree in Management;
- At least 6 months of work experience at same or similar role, e.g. Business Analyst or Data Analyst, in international student service industry.
